Paper.io 2 is a real-time online multiplayer game where you compete against other players to capture as much territory as possible on the map. The main goal of the game is to expand your area by coloring the arena floor with your own color and defending your territory from opponent attacks.

Paper.io 2 offers constant tension as you are always facing other players. Not only can you be attacked, but you also have the ability to eliminate opponents by ramming their tail trails as they expand their territory.

Balancing offense and defense is crucial for survival and climbing the leaderboard.

How to Play

In Paper.io 2, each player starts with a small safe zone. When you move out of this zone, your character will leave behind a colored tail trail. When you return to the safe zone and close the circle, the entire area inside will become your territory.

However, while outside your territory, your tail is very vulnerable to attack. If an opponent cuts across this tail trail, you will be eliminated and lose all the territory you've captured, forcing you to start over.

Players use the mouse to control movement direction, gliding through empty areas or other players' territories, then returning to the safe zone to expand their control area.

Strategy Tips

A safe strategy is to expand your territory slowly and not stray too far from your designated area. Greedily trying to seize large territories can make you vulnerable to ambushes.

Take advantage of moments when your opponent reveals a long trail of enemy troops to intercept and eliminate them immediately. This not only helps you expand your territory quickly but also lowers your opponent's ranking on the leaderboard.

Additionally, moving along the edges of the map will help you avoid attacks and maintain better control of the area. Achieving 100% map control is possible, but requires patience and sound strategy.
